Our flagship outreach brought the Pad4Kaya team, volunteers and partners directly to Kayayei (female head porters) and girls in the community.
Every girl received a dignity pack with sanitary pads and hygiene essentials. Our facilitators led an open conversation on menstrual health, personal hygiene and breaking the stigma around periods — creating a safe space for questions.
The day ended with a celebration of the girls and women who joined us. This is only the beginning: with your support we can return every month.
